I made this card for my partner. He just loves his cars and is quite a fan of the Fast and Furious movies so I felt this was a perfect choice. The design was from the PK cd from Crafty Ideas by Kaz. I added some papers from K&Co and a couple of buttons for embellishments.
I did this card using an image from Sarah Kay. I watercolored her in and used some H2O's to color the puppy and her skin. The paper is from The English Paper Company and Smirk. I then used a couple of Prima flowers and a ribbion to finish the card. This was my first attempt at following a template design and am rather proud of it.
This was the card I did for my mother for Mother's Day. The stamp is one of Wendie Rhodes designs and the backing paper was from a set of lace papers from Joanna Sheen. I've also used a touch of Flower Soft in her hair.
This card was done using a sticker form the Dandelion collection. I had to make a card with anything beginning with the letter 'E'. And this elephant was just perfect. I thought she was adorable
Here is my card that I did for an Easter challenge. I was rather pleased with the end product. I'm happy to say it won that challenge too. I was so excited lol. The rabbit was a free stamp from a craft magazine (I confess I can't remember which one), the papers were also freebies. I cut the papers using woodware chippies as templates and I've decorated using card candy.

This card was done also using the freebie stamp and papers from K&Co, along with more of the card candy. I love these little things they really do finish off a project beautifully. I'm going to have to get myself some more. I've also been having a play with aniqueing(?), but I would like to invest properly in some Tim Holtz ink pads and some blender blocks.
If I do say so myself my major clear out the other month has made a world of difference to my mojo. My cards look and feel so much better than my previous efforts.

Gosh where does the time go these days. I can't beleive Easter has been and gone already. I went down to Hove, East Sussex for a long weekend. I got to spend it with friends. The weather was a little hit and miss but still I had a lovely time none the less. Travelling home was a bit of a nightmare, the underground in London wasn't running properly so had to change several times just so that I could get my connecting train at Paddington. By the time I got home I had a lovely migraine lol. But my girls more that made up for it, they were so pleased to see me as I was to see them.
